These terms govern your use of Cadenco. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the members you invite.
Plans and billing
- The Free plan is free forever, within its usage limits.
- Paid plans are billed through Paystack (prices shown in USD) and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Prices may change with reasonable notice.
Your data and your clients’ data
You own the data you put into Cadenco. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store your clients’ data and for the messages, proposals and invoices you send them.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access.
- Do not send spam or unsolicited messages through the service.
Availability
We work to keep the service available, but it is provided “as is” without warranties. We may change or suspend features, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can request an export of your data before closing your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
